8lidí (8people) is a group of directors, dramaturges and set designers, who were mutually acquainted thanks to their studies at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. The independent creative group was officially formed in 2017, when the members decided to follow up on their previous collective work. The collective has long been exploring the possibilities of documentary and auteur theatre. Their work primarily involves interventions in public spaces that address current social issues, blurring the lines between theatre, performance, installation, and happenings. Their completed projects include e.g. Přírodní památka Piazzeta (Piazzeta Natural Monument), Masaryk jede! (Masaryk is Coming!), and We Love Shooting. At the 2019 Flora Theatre festival, the collective brought the Press Paradox performance, a production exploring ethics in journalism. 

Its permanent members are Petr Erbes, Emilie Formanová, Nina Jacques, Boris Jedinák, Anna Klimešová, Alice Kofláková, Karolína Kotrbová, Zuzana Sceranková, Vendula Tomšů and Viktorie Vášová.
