November, which concern also the conditions of visiting the Flora Theatre Festival productions – cultural events can be visited only by people who can prove the fact that they are fully vaccinated against covid-19 or have had covid-19 in the past six months. If you have already purchased tickets and cannot be part of the productions due to the inability to meet these conditions, please read on.

Director Miroslav Bambušek describes how challenging it was to melt Patočka’s thoughts into theatre images. How was the creative process behind the striking dance productions hosted at the theatre hall at Konvikt? The creators of Lion’s Den Johana Plocková and Sabina Bočková were inspired by speeches, body language and gestures of people that we see every day on the TV screens. The incentive to create the Habibi 2196–18 production by choreographer Yuri Korec was the referendum reminding that the theme of sexual otherness is even nowadays still dividing (not only) the Slovak society.
