The 25th edition of the international Flora Theatre Festival was awarded the regional culture award for the outstanding achievement of 2022 in the field of theatre.

We would like to express our gratitude and also congratulate the other award winners…

On Wednesday 19 April, a total of eleven Olomouc Region Awards for outstanding cultural achievements were presented at the Moravské divadlo Olomouc. The award for Flora in the form of a glass sculpture by David Valner was received by the festival director Petr Nerušil and the press spokesperson Daniela Hekelová.

We would also like to congratulate our colleague Petra Ševců, who was awarded for the series Hanácké rok, which she co-created with editor Aleš Spurný for Czech Radio Olomouc.

We also send our congratulations to the Museum of Art Olomouc, awarded for the exhibition Sacred Art in Godless Times | Czech Sacral Art 1948–1989. We are very excited and happy about our cooperation! In both of the museum buildings – the Archdiocesan Museum and the Museum of Modern Art – the 26th edition of Flora will also take place this year!
