The 27th Flora Theatre Festival officially began yesterday with the production of the Bochum Schauspielhaus The New Life directed by Christopher Rüping at Moravské Divadlo. The gala evening was attended by the Minister of Culture Martin Baxa, who took over the patronage of the festival, and Tomáš Jelínek, Director of the Deutsch-Tschechischer Zukunftsfonds. Before that, the premiere of the new production of the Divadlo na cucky Tragedians took place.
