Experimental rap with a touch of hard electronics. Theatre. Show. Movement. Hype. Two entities, one energy. If it's not loud, it's not good…

The Prague duo P/\ST goes against the tide of the domestic rap scene and offers a remedy for its emptiness of thought in the form of inventive and surreal lyrics – with a point, with a story. In 2019, they came second in Radio Wave’s Startér chart and their debut album Expedice do vnitrobloku (2019) was met with a warm critical reception. This is evidenced by their nomination for the VINYLA Award in the Discovery of the Year category.

The band is made up of theatre artists Ivo Sedláček and Dan Kranich, who met while studying at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU. Together they also compose incidental music, for example for the production Šílený Herkules (2020, Tygr v tísni), for which they received the Theatre Critics’ Award and which became the basis for their EP Hybris. Last year they released their third album called Tinnitus.
